SUCCESSFUL MARKETING – All flats were rented on time. Eight flats dating from the seventies were renovated carefully, without scrolls, focusing on optimised usability and comfort for the residents. The flats, located in an apartment building, seem almost newly designed: the floor plans do not get in the way of any furnishing ideas.
